101 Villa

Modern villa with strong geometric volumes, textured stone and clean architectural planes. The façade is punctuated with deep overhangs and layered terraces that create a rhythm of light and shadow, giving the building depth and character.

Large openings link the interior with the landscape outside and strategically placed lighting brings the stone surfaces to life as nite falls.

A home that quietly fuses material, proportion and light to develop an architecture that is grounded and timeless.

The Living Room

Unspoken, a conversation of warmth and elegance. The space is defined by symmetry and calm, where soft textures, warm timber, brass accents and gentle light come together. Every detail is intentional, creating a living room that is both timeless, sophisticated and naturally welcoming.

Depth is achieved with sculptural pieces and layered lighting and a subtle glow is cast around the space from the marble floor. These elements combine to create a grand yet intimate space, a place not only to be seen, but to be lived in.

Bedroom

A calming arrangement of warm textures, balanced symmetry and gentle light, created to make the bedroom a peaceful refuge. The wall treatments are layered to establish the bed as the architectural center of attention, with subtle lighting washing the surfaces in warmth.

Natural tones, refined details and generous daylight come together to create a space that feels calm, intimate and timeless where architecture takes a quiet backseat to comfort.

The detail is where the house is actually decided: stone laid to a set course, veneer book-matched across a joint, every cove and channel drawn before anything was cut.
