We sit down in person to hear it before anything is drawn. Who the people are, how they actually live, what the day looks like in the room we are about to change. The brief is what comes out of that conversation, not what goes into it.
Then it is answered in plan, material and light. We build on technical excellence, attention to detail and responsible business practice, and we hold to the number we quoted. Client satisfaction is the only measure of the work we recognise.

The founders
Creative Head Chief Architect & Interior Designer
Believes design is a vision for a better way of living, and says so more often than most people would think necessary. Graduated in 2010 and spent five years on frontline projects in cities across India before setting up his own team in 2015. Has designed and executed over a hundred projects since, across residential, commercial and retail.
Principal Architect B.Arch, PM
An architect with a strong foundation in design, and his experience brings together design thinking, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of how spaces are conceived and delivered. At Arcos, he leads residential and retail interior projects, guiding them from the initial concept and client meetings through design development and final handover.
