Every client has a story

We listen for it first, then design, customise and transform the space around it. Scroll to watch one take shape.

01

Listen

The space as we find it, and a personal meeting to understand how you live in it.

02

Plan

Your requirements become a drawing. Zoning, services and costs resolved on paper first.

03

Execute

Finishes and specification coordinated to the drawing, workmanship checked on site.

04

Handover

Furnished, styled and signed off, with support through the defect liability period.

An Arcos dining room with an oval patterned ceiling recess lit
from its rim, an onyx-veined feature wall, a marble-topped table and
lit display niches down the side wall

So the first meeting is not about drawings. It is about who lives here, how the day runs, and what the room is actually for. Everything after it is that conversation, answered: planning, specification, and the last coat of paint.

A wall cannot change its mind.

A great many homes in Delhi NCR go up without an architect anywhere near them. It is the costliest saving in the business. A drawing settles in an afternoon where the load goes, where the light falls and what the room will be asked to do in ten years. A finished wall settles none of it.

Every detail is a
hallmark of excellence

A desk mid-scheme: a hand marking up a set of drawings, a floor
plan open on the screen behind it, and finish samples in metal, wood
and fabric laid out across the sheets

Designing spaces where ideas meet reality—from the first line on paper to the final detail on site.

We design lives.

The living room at Arora House: a long sectional under a curved
plaster wall, slatted timber to either side and a tan armchair at
               the window
The entrance to Sanjay House: a planted green wall behind a
fretted metal screen, a stone wall carrying the name, and a
               fluted timber door alongside
A white villa at dusk: wrought-iron gates to the drive, planted
balconies across both upper floors and a lit portico behind

Creative in concept,
technical in detail

The media wall at Prem Chander: a screen on grey between oak and
timber joinery, a lit display shelf above and sage green carrying
               the wall behind
